  3. Repair and Storage Liens Act (RSLA):
    Liens registered under the RSLA protect your interest in personal property and is registered by parties who have repaired and/or stored items of personal property.
  4. Condominium Act (CA):
    Liens registered under the Condominium Act secures payment for common expenses from unit owners by registering an encumbrance on the title of the condominium unit.
